Nancy received her Law Degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1985. In 1984, she was the recipient of the Miller, Thomson prize for the highest standing in Labour Law. While at Western, she assisted Professor Earl Palmer in the updating and editing of several leading publications on both Employment Law and Labour Relations Law. Nancy was called to the Ontario Bar in 1987.

Following her call to the Bar, Nancy practiced in Toronto for 6 years, with two major, national law firms. Her practice was restricted to Labour Relations and Employment Law. In 1993, Nancy moved to London , Ontario where she practiced for 12 years with one of the largest law firms in the City. Her practice was restricted to Employment Law matters, and she routinely advised both Employers and Employees on a variety of workplace-related legal issues.

In August, 2005 Nancy opened her own Employment Law practice in London. She continues to provide practical legal advice to both Employers and Employees. With over 20 years' Employment Law experience, Nancy helps her clients to resolve complex legal issues in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
