Free ½ Hour Initial Consultations are provided to Employees (except in circumstances where the review of a written severance package or other contract or legal document is required).
If, at the conclusion of the Free ½ Hour Initial Consultation, you decide to retain Nancy to act on your behalf (with respect to an employment law matter), you will be asked to sign a Retainer Agreement and will be billed on the basis of both the subsequent time spent on your file and the results achieved on your behalf.
If, at the conclusion of the Free ½ Hour Initial Consultation, you decide that you do not wish to retain Nancy to act on your behalf, you will not be billed.
If Initial Consultations exceed 30 minutes, time spent over and above the initial ½ hour period will be billed at the current billable rate for Nancy (plus GST).
